About Janet
Janet Gall is our firm's "secret weapon". Janet has been instrumental in developing the systems and processes that have allowed our firm to run efficiently and effectively as we've grown. Starting her career in 2002 as an administrative assistant, Janet quickly set herself apart through attention to detail and strong communication skills. Over the years, her knowledge and experience in human resources, document management, and resource management have proven to be invaluable to our team and our clients.

What do you like the most about being part of the Garritano team?
The best part of being on the Garritano team is that we all work together as a Team! We truly care about our clients and work together to make sure we deliver high-quality service. We treat each other like family, we celebrate everyone's milestone events/achievements (personally & professionally) and it really is a wonderful place to work.
Who is/was the most influential person in your life and why?
I'd have to say that the most influential person in my life will always be my mom. She is such a loyal, honest, loving, hard-working, and independent person. She raised her children to be the same and sacrificed so much so that we could have the best.
How would your life change if you won the lottery tomorrow?
I would like to think that it would not change too much. I would not live lavishly. I would make sure my family is taken care of and go on a few amazing vacations!!
